Yong Han, male, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering. He is a professor and doctoral advisor, and currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Agriculture and Bioengineering at Longdong University. He has been selected as a Leading Talent of Gansu Province, a “Western Light” Young Scholar by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Longyuan Young Innovative Talent of Gansu Province, a Leading Talent of Qingyang City, and a Science and Technology Specialist of Gansu Province. His research focuses primarily on nanotechnology for food safety control and food engineering technology. He has published over 50 academic papers, including 3 highly cited papers, with a total citation count of nearly 2,000 and an H-index of 19. He has authored one monograph and received 13 research awards at various levels, including the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. He serves as a reviewer for over 30 academic journals, including Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, and Food Science.
